Archimede Pilot Watches

I have always loved Pilots watches, IWC being my favorite.  Archimede seems to make a nice inexpensive Pilot's Watch.

Typical of me, I want to understand an entire area before making any decisions.  After lots of research have created a short list of the types of watches I would like to buy, thinking the total for all of the watches to total less than $1000.

Waterproof GPS Watch (for running), $400 (thinking Garmin Fenix)
Dress leather watch for meetings, $150 (bought a Seiko SNX123, to build a Nathanbress clone)
Diver for weekends, $350 (Seiko SKX007, with Oyster Bracelet)
TOTAL $900
